How to order Emotional Support Full Kit

Ordering the ESA Office Accommodation bundle is easy. Just follow these:

1. Click add to cart.
2. Enter primary owner’s full name (and secondary owner’s details if applicable).
3. Enter type and breed of animal.
4. Enter animal’s name and you may upload a close-up photo of the animal taken at eye level for personalization.

Once you’ve filled out the information you’ll have the option to add accessories at a discount. After payment you will receive a link to your digital verification ID and access to your account.

Please note we offer registration services but do not verify the doctor’s letter. It’s your responsibility to ensure it’s valid. You can upload your doctor’s letter to your account so it’s always visible on the verification page.
